The recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath quaint beach retreat has all the amenities you need to settle right in and feel right at home. With a total of 1000 sq ft, this lower floor unit can comfortably accommodate a large family (or 2 small families!) or 2 or 3 couples. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and all the cookware you need to prepare a family meal or a gourmet feast with bar seating for 3, bistro table for 6, or dine al fresco on the tropical lanai. Enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset from the comfortable tropical lanai filled with tiki furniture, tiki bar, heat lamp, succulent garden and a BBQ. After a long, peaceful day at the beach, relax in front of the 2 flat screen TV's, one in the living room (55' with DVD, CD, surround sound and Ipod dock) and one in the master bedroom (42'). Sleep peacefully to the sound of the ocean waves. When it's time to settle in for the evening, choose from the master bedroom suite, with a queen bed, full size sofa sleeper (with upgraded slumber air mattress system), and private bathroom, or the tropical room with a queen bed. The bamboo couch in the living room can also be used as a single bed for one person. Both bedrooms have new mattresses, 4'' mattress toppers and high quality thread count linens plus ipod clock radios. There is an ample supply of fluffy bath and beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and off street parking for 1 car for your convenience. Internet, Wi-Fi and unlimited local and long distance calling are also available.
