The gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with all new Faberware cookware and upscale appliances, while allowing enough space for group dinner preparations. The spotless kitchen is dressed in beautiful bamboo cupboards and shining granite counter tops. The cupboards contain enough cookware and eating utensils for all group sizes, all well maintained and organized for easy guest use and access. Cooking here is AMAZING! The spacious dining room with seating for 8, also has views of D. Lake and contains tons of natural sunlight. The table is large and the seating is spacious and comfortable, making long dinners much more enjoyable. Head upstairs and you’ll find the game room, complete with a professional pool table, air hockey table, ping-pong table, Xbox 360 and a large TV for viewing pleasure, and when you've have an appetite, take advantage of the wet bar and small refrigerator also in the game room. The sofa is not only extremely comfortable, but also folds out into an extremely warm sleeper. The views from the game room are the best in the house! Large windows that cover large space of the wall and the elevation of the home gives the guest clear views of D. Lake, and on a calm evening, sunsets and sunrises are picture perfect from multiple rooms, from BOTH sides of the house! The MASTER BEDROOM is FANTASTIC! The guests can expect a cloud like sleeping experience on a King size bed and a theater like experience on a 60” TV, which is mounted above an elegant double sided fireplace. The master bathroom is also very large, and spaced out perfectly for couples that multitask together. The main attraction of the master is the JACUZZI TUB! This soaking spa tub is large enough to comfortably accommodate 7 ft. person and the attention to detail in the tile is amazing. Windows near the ceiling allow natural light to come through and help set a relaxing aura for the room. The double sided fireplace is also viewed from the rooms extension, giving the guest extra space and exit to a back porch, and from there the patio and HOT TUB (but more on the outside in a sec)! The guests also has two rooms complete with comfortable Queen beds (ALL NEW LINENS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE!), perfect for couples, with very nice views of D. Lake. Each of the Queen rooms comes complete with brand new 32” LED TVs. The other two guest rooms are great for kids! They house two comfortable and easily accessible bunkbeds (two per room) with full mattresses underneath twin bunks, all without cramping the room. New 32” LED TVs are also in these two rooms. The bathrooms all come stocked with the amenities guests need for their stay. All new towels and cleanliness that remains unmatched by the other homes on the coast. The top of the line hot tub comes with rare features such as moto jets, that comfortably and gently massage the guests back to elevate their experience and relaxation. With seating for seven and capacity for 10, the hot tub is ALWAYS focal point during a guests stay (please abide by the spa rules at all times). An all new large charcoal grill, paired with new and comfortable seating for 6 is available for our guests use, along with a small fire pit (we supply the wood). The back patio is such a great congregating area, and the PERFECT setting for night caps. For guests who are staying during February and March, you can expect SEVERAL elk sightings, along with the occasional herd settling on the property! The house is PERFECT for all guests who want a guaranteed, enjoyable vacation. The yard is well maintained and great for events or large group games. Paths behind the house enter the trees on the estate, which lead to a secluded area great for campfires, games or team building exercises. Paint ball, hide ‘n seek, and other similar games are perfect for the property. The views of D. Lake and the attention to detail in this house are second-to-none.
